Common Questions

Q. What does a typical daily workout consist of?
A. This all depends on what needs to be accomplished to reach a desired outcome. On average, sessions will range from an hour to two hours. Some clients may require double even triple days of both cardio and resistance training to accelerate their progress.

Q. I don’t have a gym membership where can we work out together?
A. The beauty is I’m flexible to reach you at the most convenient place and time. In home, corporate gym, outdoor park, or local gym. I’ll bring the fitness directly to you.
See  Service section.

Q.How far are you willing to travel to train me?
A. My personal training services are based out of the Silicon Valley and extend as far north as Palo Alto and as far south as Monterey / Morgan Hill. Anything outside of the Silicon Valley is subject to travel and lodging expenses.

Q. How long will it take for me to see significant results?
A. This depends on a lot of factors, including: your current fitness level, how disciplined you are in following my program, and how much time we have to achieve these results. The more you allow for planning before specific events the better. Allowing at least 3 months is my suggestion for any sort of real transformation to occur in your body. I can get you ready for a big event in less than a month, however; results will only accelerate if your body composition is already in acceptable range.

Q. Would you be able to train my friend or spouse along with me?
A. Yes, I have trained couples and bride/bridesmaids before and I have no problem creating programs for two or more parties at once. I would just apply a pro-rated fee to your monthly charge which would actually save you money as opposed to training separately.

Q. When you say exclusive, does that mean I could hire you to train me exclusively?
A. Yes. I prefer to train a limited amount of clients. My schedule does fill up pretty rapidly so this ensures that all my attention would be on you and your needs and there would be no energy lost between achieving rapid, attainable results. All clients that need to be under a certain amount of discretion, rest assure that I keep clients under the strictest privacy to protect any information from being revealed to media or anywhere else.

Q.Are you experienced in working with clients who have physical limitations?
A. I have had manyclients with special conditions that are in need of specific attention.
I’ve helped to create programs that deal with such limitations as a recovering rotator cuff injury all the way to the hardships of Multiple Sclerosis. As long as I have a physicians approval to train, I can work with just about anyone.
